Service Description

In this 8-week course, you will learn the principles, fundamentals, and benefits of barre fitness. Barre is a hybrid fitness style that incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, functional strength training, and Ballet/dance. Start from scratch in this course and practice basics and build upon them to develop an appreciation for this low impact, mindful, total body system way of moving your body. Class size is small (6 participants maximum).
