Yes!! This is a keeper! I wanted to learn meditation and didn’t know how to start. Tonight I made it for 13 min till the dog found me!

On patio beside pond waterfall. I was able to “smell“ the cool slight breeze. It was crazy! kinda a crisp cucumber fresh smell. Now to figure out how I make myself stop and meditate!
